Saral Panchang is a digital Panchang service operated by DivinityLabs. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the bot or this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question email support@divinitylabs.in.

- •Your Telegram identifier (numeric user id, first name, username) so the bot can deliver messages to you.
- •Location inputs you share — pincode, city or selected geoname — to compute Panchang times for your location.
- •Language preference (Hindi / English).
- •Subscription & payment metadata (plan, status, transaction id, amount). Card / UPI credentials are handled by the payment gateway and never stored by us.
- •Usage data — which commands you triggered and when — to measure quality and rate-limit fairly.
- •Support messages you send via Telegram or email.
3. How we use your information

- ✓Verify payments and manage subscriptions, grace periods and streaks.

We rely on a small set of third parties to operate Saral Panchang:
- •Telegram — message delivery.
- •Payment gateway — payment processing and refunds.
- •Hosting and CDN — to run the website and serve images.
Each of these providers handles data under their own privacy terms.
5. Data retention
We retain account, location, preference and subscription data for as long as your Saral Panchang account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@divinitylabs.in; we will delete personal data within a reasonable time frame, subject to any legal obligation to retain transactional records.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No internet system is perfectly secure, however, and you use the service at your own risk.
