1. About the service

Saral Panchang (the "Service") is a digital Panchang information and timing-guidance product delivered primarily through Telegram and through this website. The Service is owned and operated by DivinityLabs. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Nature of the content

Saral Panchang publishes location-based Panchang data (tithi, nakshatra, yoga, choghadiya, hora, auspicious and inauspicious timings) sourced from established Panchang references. The content is provided for personal, informational and devotional use; it is not professional astrological, medical, legal or financial advice. Please see our Disclaimer.

3. Account and eligibility

To use premium features you must have a valid Telegram account and provide a location (city/pincode) so Panchang times can be computed for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Pricing & payments

Plan pricing is shown on the website and inside the Telegram bot. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; Saral Panchang does not store your card or UPI credentials. Payment failures or gateway outages may occur and are outside our direct control.

5. Refunds

Saral Panchang is a digital subscription and access begins as soon as the subscription is activated, therefore refunds are not credited on activated subscriptions. The single exception — when payment was captured but we could not activate your subscription within 2 days — is described in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to access the Service. You may not resell, scrape, redistribute, automate, or commercially reuse Saral Panchang content, branding, or messages. Abuse of the bot, attempts to evade subscription limits, or any unlawful use may result in suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, written copy, illustrations and software comprising the Service are the property of DivinityLabs or its licensors and are protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual-property laws.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep Saral Panchang available 24×7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Telegram outages, source-website outages, or infrastructure maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DivinityLabs and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

10. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or the bot. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
