Refund Policy

1. Service type
Saral Panchang is a digital subscription service delivered through the Telegram bot. Access to premium features is activated immediately after a successful payment is confirmed by our payment gateway.
2. No refunds for activated subscriptions
Because Saral Panchang is a digital product and access begins the moment your subscription is activated, refunds will not be credited for any plan that has been activated on your Telegram account.
By completing payment you acknowledge that you are buying immediate, ongoing digital delivery and you waive the right to a refund on the activated portion of the service.
3. Exception: activation failure within 2 days
The only situation in which a refund is considered is this:
- ✓Your payment was successfully captured by our payment gateway, AND
- ✓We were unable to activate your subscription on your Telegram account within 2 calendar days of receiving the payment.
In that case, please write to us on Telegram support and we will verify the transaction and process a refund of the paid amount.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us on Telegram support (or email support@divinitylabs.in) with the following details:
- •Order / Merchant Order ID
- •Date & time of payment
- •Transaction ID or payment screenshot
- •Telegram username/handle used for the bot
After verification, approved refunds are initiated through the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Final credit timelines vary by your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellation
You may stop using Saral Panchang at any time. Because access is time-based and already delivered for paid periods, cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund of the activated portion.
